THE FARM DIGITAL
Growth Partnership Proposal
July 2026
The Farm × Intellicomp Technologies

We found what happened to your traffic.
And how to reverse it.

Your map pack ranks #2 and is carrying the business. Organic search collapsed under measurable, reversible causes, and the damage is still compounding today. We diagnosed every one of them. This is the repair, and the engine that follows it.

01
The diagnosis

The collapse has three causes. All three are reversible.

Before this proposal, we ran a full forensic audit: a crawl of 943 URLs, direct code and server inspection, historical ranking and backlink data, and AI citation testing across seven platforms. Three findings drive everything that follows.

The full audit, attached

Twenty-three pages across ten sections: the collapse timeline, the backlink evidence quoted verbatim, the duplicate-content measurement, AI citation testing, the competitive field, the SOC 2 analysis, and the prioritized plan. It is yours regardless of what you decide here.

Read the audit
F-01

The collapse was engineered, not natural

Audit · §3 & §5

Referring domains jumped from 193 to 967 while traffic fell 96%. Authority rising while traffic craters is the fingerprint of purchased links, and the anchor text contains a link-seller advertisement, verbatim: "LINKS FOR intellicomp.net TELEGRAM @happygrannypies." Someone was paid to do this to your site.

F-02

The damage is still being published

Audit · §4

Twenty-four city pages are two templates cloned across 24 URLs, measured at 98.8% to 100% identical. Google's name for this is scaled content abuse. The most recent went live June 9, 2026. The program is still running, and every new page deepens the hole.

F-03

Your best channel survived, and it is being wasted

Audit · §8

The map pack ranks #2 for your highest-value term from nearly nine miles outside the city, outperforming what proximity predicts. Yet the profile runs a 53% reply rate, one review a month, zero questions answered, and a one-star review about unreturned calls sitting unanswered since January. The channel producing your leads is on autopilot.

02
The collapse, measured

A 17-month slope, not a penalty. Slopes are reversible.

A Google penalty produces a cliff within days. This is a slope: traffic fell every single month from February 2025 onward, driven by compounding structural causes. That distinction matters, because structural problems are the kind that get fixed.

Ranking pages fell from 64 to 14 over the same window, and traffic value fell 99.8%, harder than volume. In plain terms: the keywords that made money died first. The full month-by-month table and the cause-by-cause analysis are in the audit.
Audit · §3 · What happened, and why
While traffic collapsed
Domain Rating rose 26 → 40

Genuine authority and traffic move together. A vanity metric climbing while customers vanish is the signature of a link-buying campaign. Someone was paying for a number, not for business.

The reframe
This is a repair, not a rescue

The map pack is intact and producing. The audit rules out a manual penalty from the evidence pattern. Every contributing cause is observable, measurable, and reversible.

03
The combo

You already make content. It posts to Instagram and stops.

Twelve videos a month is a real asset most IT firms never build. But B2B buyers do not choose an MSP on Instagram. They search, and increasingly they ask AI. Right now those engines return almost nothing for Intellicomp. The play is not more content. It is pointing the content you already make at the channels where your buyers actually decide, and giving the engines something worth quoting.

The differentiator · SOC 2

A credential no firm in your pack can answer

Not one provider in your map-pack competitive set publishes a SOC 2 claim, verified across their sites in the audit. Your Type II attestation is already in progress, and your own reviews show a decade of work in nursing homes, education, and healthcare-adjacent operations, exactly the sectors where SOC 2 is becoming a procurement gate. The moment the report is issued, we publish it on a dedicated trust page, the homepage, and every directory profile. A crawlable trust page is also what an AI cites when a buyer asks whether a provider is secure. One metro competitor already leads with SOC 2. The window is real, and it is not indefinite.

04
The plan

The cleanup and the engine.

Two tracks of work, drawn straight from the audit's prioritized plan. The cleanup undoes the damage once. The engine runs every month after.

The repair

The week-one stops, then the structural repair.
  • Halt the duplicate-page program and consolidate all 24 templated city pages · Audit §4
  • Full backlink audit and disavow filing against the contaminated profile · Audit §5
  • Resolve the cannibalization: seven competing Baltimore pages, four Towson · Audit §6
  • Rewrite the homepage title from an unsubstantiated national claim to a defensible regional one
  • Build the answer layer: FAQ and Service schema, direct-answer page structure · Audit §7
  • Build the SOC 2 trust page, ready to publish the moment the attestation is issued
  • Entity repair: phone-number mismatch fixed, the fragmented domain footprint consolidated toward one authoritative brand
The Engine · monthly

The growth engine

Search, profile, and content, run as one system.
  • Ongoing SEO and AI search optimization, with citations re-measured on a set cadence
  • The map pack engine: review generation targeting 4 to 8 per month, 100% reply rate, profile Q&A built and answered
  • 12 videos a month, built around the search strategy: scripts and creative direction from The Farm, produced with your existing content team
  • The repurposing loop: your decade-long client stories become case studies, videos, and citable site pages
  • B2B directory presence: Clutch, UpCity, G2, where buyers and AI models both look
  • Monthly reporting on commercial rankings, citations, and the map pack, with a clear read on what comes next

If it's broke, do fix it.

Fix the foundation, then build up from there.

The repair · first
  • Halt the duplicate-page program & consolidate all 24 city pages
  • Backlink disavow filed against the contaminated profile
  • Cannibalization resolved: the seven Baltimore & four Towson pages
  • The answer layer built: FAQ & Service schema, direct-answer structure
  • The SOC 2 trust page, ready to publish the moment the attestation lands
  • Entity repair: phone mismatch fixed, the domain footprint consolidated
The growth engine · every month
  • 12 videos a month, built around the search strategy with your content team
  • Ongoing SEO & AI search optimization, citations re-measured on a cadence
  • The map pack engine: review generation, 100% reply rate, profile Q&A
  • The repurposing loop: your client stories become case studies & citable pages
  • B2B directory presence: Clutch, UpCity, G2
  • Monthly reporting on commercial rankings, citations & the map pack
The ongoing monthly is auto-billed in advance through Stripe, with a 3% card processing fee. The engagement runs on an initial three-month minimum, since search recovery compounds over time, and continues month to month after that, cancellable with two weeks written notice before the next billing cycle. Work that touches the site or accounts is done in collaboration with your team, and any premium tool or directory fees are billed at cost.

The problems are diagnosed.
Now let's fix it.

The full audit is attached.
